Hey @fedexhelp, my package got delivered to the wrong address; the picture of the delivered package isn't my house at all. The customer service rep I spoke with was completely unhelpful. Can you help?
@FedExHelp What's sad is that FedEx has messed up every delivery I've had since I moved to this new address (a development built six years ago, so not that new). Do I need to call vendors before placing orders to make sure they ship with USPS or UPS to make sure I'll get my packages?
