I need advice, when you're interviewing a new company how do you decide if they're a good fit? Ask other employees, just from the interview, something else? Outside of the more straightforward things like pay and job description.

@rainleander I do really wish there was a standard/agreed upon neutral pronoun for before you're told a preference. Of course using what the person wants would be most preferred but I had a friend that used ve pronouns and while it took some learning it started to feel natural.

@beattyml1 That is a good rule of thumb. I haven't done much with the hiring process yet but that is definitely the right way to think about what you really care about from the interview.
