Morality cannot be legislated upon. Besides, we all know who watches pornography in Parliament and public functions. What can they tell us about morality? Kenya cannot follow the retrogressive path of Uganda and Tanzania. It is expected that the High Court will declare paragraph (j) to Section 6 (1) of The Computer Misuse and cybercrimes Act as unconstitutional and quash it.
