@Paytmcare so here we are, confirmed booking with paytm, yet the driver gave our seat to someone else, then switched off the phone, parents waited at night for the bus, bus did not arrive, also did not get refund because paytm shows refund to be received as 0!!!

@Paytmcare driver stopped picking our phone and then switched off, he earlier said he got a booking of 15 people and hence giving our seat to them and asked us to cancel our ticked from paytm at the last moment and then disconnected the call.

This is in laxmi nagar, near metro station gate 1.

@DelhiJalBoard dear team, I thought sewer lines were laid for our long term benefits, turns out the by product of that is more inconvenience for the residents.
Look at how lazily and unprofessionally the road was constructed after the lines were laid. It was a patchwork in hurry.
