@nationalrailenq Unless you want to travel on a Monday. Or maybe a Tuesday. Or a weekend. We're travelling from abroad and after 38hrs of travelling we'll be stuck at Manchester trying to get the last 1.5hrs home. Pay your staff!

@northernassist just been told my train on 22nd July (manc to lanc) has been cancelled and to get the next northern service. No other services that day. What do I do? Already changed ticket from London to getting the bus instead.

@HaysWorldwide I've always loved working through Hays. But I've recommended friends through the 'Refer a Friend' and was promised a voucher for doing so. 18months on and still no sign and staff are incommunicado. Won't bother referring again.

@TPExpressTrains @AvantiWestCoast no wonder people don't get the train! If you miss one train and you have a bike it takes you 3 hours before you can go one stop because there's no bike space on all the other trains. And you guys say it's "hassle free".

@TPExpressTrains @AvantiWestCoast there is nothing hassle free about travelling with a bike. I don't understand why train companies are set on making it as awkward as possible for people wanting to be healthier and more env friendly. Cheers @northernassist for being far superior!

@manairport where are all your drinking fountains? I've asked several staff and they don't know. People in arrivals and the coach/train station also need access. Please point me in the right direction asap!
