A health inspector made an unexpected visit to an oriental food restaurant for a routine inspection. At first everything looked normal from the dining area, but once he stepped into the kitchen he started noticing one violation after another, improper food storage, questionable cleanliness, and several safety issues that shouldn’t have been overlooked.
