@TravelodgeUK I take it with the lack of replies to my email and the lack of replies here to me your customer care is as poor as it perceives to be. Had I known how unhelpfull you would have been I would never have booked.

@TravelodgeUK why don't you give refunds on a mistake you are notified of within minutes of booking online? Surely if the confirmation shows an error and you highlight it there and then it shouldn't be a problem ?

@TravelodgeUK Customer service at its best.Phoned to then be told I have to use the online form to request a refund because I didn't notice the booking date was wrong for what I wanted.All within minutes of the confirmation email to be refused because I picked the saver rate.

@TravelodgeUK I think it's terrible customer service to not refund on a booking online that was only minutes old when I initially contacted yourselves as I noticed on the confirmation the date was wrong. £60 mistake I won't make a second time

Congratulations to the Douglas A Team who won Silver in the Scottish Regional competition at Bearsden Ski club on Wednesday getting pipped in a very close final by the High school.
This team has now qualified for the national finals at Xscape at the end of the October.
