Even the RTI (O&G dept) admits PGs did 14–15 emergency 24-hr duties in just 3 months. Yet AIIMS guidelines, NMC regulations & court orders on duty hours exist only on paper. Departments continue this systemic torture.

Using “MD (Physician)” by FMGs is misleading and illegal.
