Danny Welbeck and Jordan Henderson are great signings for Chelsea. The mental side of the game is just as important as the technical. The lack of discipline, immaturity & in game management has cost us as much as the quality has. You don’t know what you don’t know. These two will be invaluable behind the scenes, at the training ground, team talks, things we won’t see & can’t quantify for. Owners have backed the manager by giving him his eyes & ears. Intermediates between the coaching staff & the players. If it’s good enough for Klopp, Tuchel & Alonso, it’s good enough for me.
Chelsea don't need a golden era to stay relevant.
You'll hear people talk about "Prime Manchester United." Have you ever heard anyone say "Prime Chelsea"?
Exactly.
Our success has never been tied to one generation, one manager, or one period in time. We've been collecting trophies across different eras for decades.
That's the difference.
Manutd are defined by their history.
Chelsea are defined by a culture.
Peace.

🚨 Chelsea are not expected to add a further midfielder as things stand beyond Henderson, according to @SJohnsonSport. The club have plenty of options with Barco and also James.
Chelsea are discussing alternatives to Chavarria, as they are struggling to agree a fee.
🚨 BREAKING: Chelsea working to sign Jordan Henderson from Brentford. #CFC top contender among multiple PL clubs eyeing England midfielder as #BrentfordFC ready to grant free transfer. Amicable situation + healthy relations between 36yo/club @TheAthleticFC https://t.co/8dOBIcm9g4
A lot of Journalists don’t like Fabrizio and that’s why I like him. He’s different. I’m big on people doing things the way they want and like.
Not people trying to put someone in this Journalism Box.
People who think Fabrizio's "HERE WE GO" is usually premature haven't been paying attention.
I think the phrase means there is now an agreement for the transfer, but after a broad agreement, there could be details to iron out.
But if his info is that the details are not significant enough to collapse the deal, then he's free to say "HERE WE GO." Besides, it's his credibility that is on the line. And calling hundreds of deals every summer and hitting a 98% success rate is a solid score in the transfer market, where deals can collapse at the last moment.
Give the guy his flowers. It's not that simple. I think he does his due diligence before that pronouncement. It has to be respected.
🚨💣 BREAKING: YAN DIOMANDE TO REAL MADRID, HERE WE GO! ⚪️✨
Agreement closed tonight with RB Leipzig for fee over €100m for the Ivorian winger.
Diomande will fly to Madrid this week for medical tests and contract signing until June 2031.
DONE. 🇨🇮
🚨 Romeo Lavia:
"2027 is about getting back to the basics with the new manager, trying to implement his ideas as quickly as possible. And then try to be successful because that's what Chelsea's about."
(@StanSportFC) #CFC
This is clearly why Arsenal pulled away from Morgan Rogers.
Bradley Barcola and Vini Jr potentially available and Arsenal want the flexibility to pursue a big deal.
Arsenal clearly knew this.
🚨 OJO:
🔄 Jozhua Vertrouwd se ha ido al banquillo y Pep Chavarría no ha entrado.
✅ El elegido ha sido Marco de las Sias.
😨 Veremos que pasa el resto del partido, pero huele mal el asunto...
