@officialtripoli it's kinda strange how central florida is seeing crazy rainfall. 8in of rain fell in a few hrs on last Sunday. 8in fell in places yesterday. And the rain has been very heavy the past 2 weeks. Today we will likely see another 8 inches fall. Cloud Seeding floods.

A couple of days ago, the South China Morning Post (SCMP) reported on this news story. I have been waiting for some American news outlet to report on this. They never did.
From the SCMP:
"Russia said the West was playing with fire by considering allowing Ukraine to strike deep into Russia with Western missiles, and cautioned the United States on Tuesday that World War III would not be confined to Europe.
Russia’s 2020 nuclear doctrine sets out when its president would consider using a nuclear weapon: broadly as a response to an attack using nuclear or other weapons of mass destruction or conventional weapons “when the very existence of the state is put under threat."

Here is a direct quote from Sergey Lavrov, Russia's foreign minister:
“We are now confirming once again that playing with fire – and they are like small children playing with matches – is a very dangerous thing for grown-up uncles and aunts who are entrusted with nuclear weapons in one or another Western country,”

This is a direct threat. Russia is cautioning the USA that both WWIII and a nuclear response could go outside the confines of Europe - if Ukraine doesn't back down. Is this a bluff? Is this really not newsworthy in the USA?
