@TGSRTCHQ, kindly consider operating Metro Luxury buses on Route 229 during this summer. It will greatly benefit passengers facing extreme heat. I had previously raised this request, but it hasn’t been implemented yet. Buses are available at CNT depot, right?

@TGSRTCHQ at the new bus stand in Yadagirigutta, there are boards mentioning free toilets, but a person is charging for using them. Kindly look into this matter and ensure that the facilities are provided as mentioned

@TGSRTCHQ sir, Buses from Secunderabad to Ramayampet (589) (Raniganj depot buses) are not stopping at Medchal Ambedkar statue. When we ask, drivers/conductors say "no stop here", but all other buses are stopping at the same place. Please look into this
