Why is the House not full? As @peterkyle says, if one MP's child went missing the world would stop. There are 70 children missing from this one hostel.

My first instinct when I saw the news about the abolishment of the morality police is that a news outlet must have seen a tweet reporting that, and then ran with it. And then everyone else followed suit (this has happened before).
