News is that the Glazers are in negotiation with Apollo Global about selling a stake of United. Apollo are an appalling outfit who should not be allowed anywhere near the reds. It is symptomatic of the Glazers that they are prepared to do business with the dodgiest of the dodgy.
After Manchester United’s awful start to the season, the focus has once again turned to the Glazers. This thread will look at some of the reasons why the club’s fans might be unhappy with their owners – from a financial perspective #MUFC
Key turning point was 2009. Ronaldo and Tevez went, #mufc hardly ever spent over £20m on a buy and Ferguson started signing duds (Owen, Obertan, Bebe, Diouf). Ferguson also excused refusal to compete with clubs through spending with the ‘no value in the market’ claptrap.
Remember in 2005, imusa etc said it would take time but it would come to this? Literally called exactly what’s happened. Get the fucking parasites out, fuck your own needs, get the cunts out.
A misconception that’s so annoying is when people say ‘the Glazers have spent loads of money’.
They haven’t, every now and then they let the club spend the money it generates itself.
But overall the Glazers have cost the club millions of pounds.
That #mufc are open to signing Arnautovic is scandalous. Ighalo was supposed to be a one-off yet, two-and-a-half years later, they are looking to sign an older forward who's been playing in China. In a summer the squad is being 'rebuilt'. They are insulting supporters.
The situation with the Glazers and the dividends at #manutd explained 🧵
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you'll know that £11 million has been taken from the club in dividends. How are they doing this and what are the implications? I'm going to highlight all ⬇️
