I’m not greatly impressed. We’ve been down this road before. There are known abiological processes that can create these features, and the authors claim it is unknown whether the right conditions existed on Mars for those abiological processes to operate.

@wmata not useful to enter L'enfant (d Street) and only have one train time showing on the pre gate board (only two lines big while servicing five lines). Board needs to be longer. I managed to run and make my train but gut but would've been useful to know if needed

A 12-year-old boy was abandoned on a sidewalk after ICE agents in Waltham, MA arrested the adult he was with.

They drove off and left him there—like garbage. Waltham Councilor Colleen Bradley-MacArthur witnessed it and tried to intervene. Instead of responding, ICE agents filmed the volunteers helping the boy and drove onto the sidewalk to intimidate her.

They refused to identify themselves, ignored legal observers, and broke every norm of decency. The child got home safely only because brave volunteers stepped in.

This isn’t enforcement—it’s cruelty, plain and simple. It’s what authoritarianism looks like.

@Abeale202 nope I did not, DC has private tow companies tow once you have a ticket on the street and does so because they don't have enough tow trucks as a city

@Abeale202 @B_more_BaZ I would not count on that, I had a private tow truck take my car after being wrongfully ticketed in DC and had to pay a few hundred to get it back. Went to traffic court, got the ticket overturned, but no one would give me my money back for the tow, just sent me in circles.

@JamesBarlia Terminal to terminal is one thing, but as someone who just got off a 17 hour flight and onto one a few hours ago, it is pure torture to wait to shove all the people on your flight like cattle on one to go to customs.
