@RACV_Official And wait on hold for at least 30 minutes? I’m sure you can understand one’s reluctance to share personal information with a stranger who has just called them, particularly these days. Surely there is a better way.
@RACV_Official why is it that when your staff call a customer, they ask for clarification of private information (eg. address)? With all these scams going, it is simply ridiculous to expect someone to give over private information to a stranger calling from a private number.
@Qantas how long must one wait for a refund from a flight that you cancelled? Second to that, how long must one wait for a reply from @Qantas. In the meantime, I’m being charged interest on my credit card for the money that you have.
@VirginAustralia just landed at terminal 4 in Melbourne from Darwin. No mention whatsoever from your staff that our bags would come out in terminal 3. Thankfully a helpful @JetstarAirways staff member told us. Pretty poor from you guys.
