Come on @PapaJohnsUK, can you do something about your drivers marking pizza as DELIVERED when its not? Apparently ours got here 13 minutes ago. It didn't/hasn't. I'd rather accurate tracking and late pizza than this. Great example of shitty customer 'innovation'

@AArmstrong_says Those all seem like pretty reasonable upweights to me given:
a) the staggering rents for station retail and QS
b) if those businesses couldn't trade, there would be no refreshments available
Friction/Reward innit; a few pence more cost / a lot easier to buy for travel
