I consider the use of AI in daily life a serious moral and intellectual failing. To willingly cede that which makes you human to a machine is shameful. The great threat to our species is not that automatons will destroy us but that we ourselves will become them.
Idgaf I will start burning CDs, navigating with a rugged handheld GPS, pocket notebook + flip phone, mp3 player, camera & binoculars dangling on my neck… futurism the old fashioned way. Im not a consumer of this content but perceptions are robbed daily in this 7th circle of hell. At this rate there's going to be an options market for pc parts.
Still makes me sad that this is Westeros' legacy - Martin's work doesn't even kill that many characters. When those deaths happen, the point isn't THAT they happen but rather that they're the result of the consequences of choices the characters have made
