I saw this recently on here about shopping jewelry on Temu:
For chains, search for: 316L Stainless Steel Titanium Steel PVD Gold Plated Vacuum Plated
These are generally more resistant to fading than ordinary fashion jewelry so look out for these if you want pieces that will last longer
For earrings, search for: 925 Sterling Silver 316L Stainless Steel Hypoallergenic Moissanite (if you’re buying stones)
For rings, search for:
Stainless Steel
18K PVD Gold
Adjustable Ring
Cubic Zirconia
Moissanite
AVOID ALLOY!!!

No one wants to hear this but sometimes it’s your fault. Your life isn’t good and it’s your fault. You made bad decisions/ choices and sadly, these are the consequences of your actions.
Your brain doesn't age because of time. It ages because of repetition.
The more predictable your days become, the faster your neurons quiet down. Your brain builds neural pathways based on experience. New experiences create new connections. Repetition strengthens old ones. But when you repeat the same patterns for years, your brain stops building. That's why time feels faster as you age. Your brain stops encoding new memories. It just references old ones. A year at 40 feels shorter than a year at 10, because at 10, everything was new. At 40, everything is familiar. But neuroplasticity doesn't stop. You can still grow new neurons. You can still learn. You can still change. You just have to break the loop. Your brain will wake up. And time will slow down again.
becoming less reactive is a huge part of growth and decreasing stress. if you let everything get you worked up, you will damage your mind, body and spirit.
once u stop fantasizing about an ideal version of urself & start working towards it by setting ur alarm clock earlier, working out, reading & stop procrastinating you'll realise that it was so easy all along. ur ideal self will only ever exist in ur mind until u make the decision
what if you just started making decisions from the perspective of the person you want to become? how would they spend their time? what would they say no to? what would they stop tolerating? what would they do when they didn’t feel motivated? you might be surprised how quickly your life starts changing when your decisions stop coming from who you are right now and start coming from who you’re trying to become. so just act like them long enough and eventually it won’t feel like an act.
I highly recommend having hobbies cause it distracts you from falling in love unnecessarily, and I have an explanation. An ideal mind always mistakes loneliness with love, but busy minds have standards, because when most of your days are filled with things like lifting, creating, reading, learning things like that, you stop chasing people for excitement, because we have a really bad habit of romanticizing every bit of attention that we get. Even if it was not not directed at us with the same intensity of intention, most of the time you are simply wanting something to do.Instead of the feel that you're confusing with wanting. And I strongly believe that best relationships are built when two complete lives meet instead of two bored people who try to become each other's hobby, the interdependence in that situation would create the pressure which finally would become the reason for the eventual breakdown.
My therapist once told me:
Get good at bouncing back.
A rough conversation, a bad day, a skipped workout, a choice you regret, none of it has to ruin the rest of your week. You can reset whenever you decide to. You can't change what happened, but you can choose how long you hold onto it.
THIS IS F**KING INSANE
AN 18 YEAR OLD IS REPORTEDLY MAKING $400/HR CLIPPING YOUTUBE VIDEOS FROM HER PHONE.
The entire setup is surprisingly simple:
→ Find videos that are already going viral
→ Use AI to turn the best moments into short clips
→ Schedule and publish them on YouTube
No camera.
No editing experience.
No production team.
Just a phone and a repeatable workflow.
At roughly $2 per 1,000 views, 2M views could generate around $4,000 though actual YouTube earnings vary significantly by channel, audience, format, and monetization.
The strategy isn’t creating content from scratch.
It’s finding proven viral moments, packaging them for a new audience, and distributing them before everyone else catches on.
Find what already works → clip it → publish → repeat.
"how do I run multiple yt channels at once????"
this is how.
I leaked all the sauce.
everyone in the space decides to hide this info for some reason.
