@TiffanyAndCo Tiffany refused to exchange an item bought in the US in UK for a standard item. Really poor service for a global brand. I’d warn others to avoid buying from them. Now stick with an expensive item that is too small.

Paid £190 to upgrade my son to Club Europe on the Gatwick–Madeira flight this morning, only to be told on boarding that no meal was available.

What a joke. I want a full refund.

£190 for seat closer to door.

@British_Airways been a gold member for a while and never seem to get a complementary upgrade. I see on some chat sites that people often getting. Please can you let me know the criteria for your complementary upgrades.
Travelled a lot with BA and never seem to get.
