@george_c169 Hi George, I'm not aware of an issue with the app. I recommend uninstalling the app, restarting your device and reinstalling the app.

@midozain86 I've looked into the booking info, and you'd purchased a Super Sparpreis Europa ticket, which is non-refundable. I appreciate that this isn't the outcome you were hoping for, but as the delay was at the airport not the train station, I can't authorise the refund. Thanks, ~Cat
