So again we have to go public about the terrible experience from @Barclays The staff are clueless, the customer service is beyond awful and because of them we have been unable to make the monthly payment to the school. This has a huge impact including children missing meals!

@BarclaysUKHelp No I won’t! The point of this post is to name and shame you and messaging you explaining what has happened is pointless! If you want to help then get someone very senior from the bank to call me tomorrow without fail. I’m 99.9% sure this won’t happen.

It’s a shame we have to go public with this but @Barclays who we have banked with for over 13 years are threatening to close our account for no valid reason. If this happens we will act quickly with our supporters. @Barclays customer service is appalling!
