@GMC starting the fourth week w/o my new truck. The techs are replacing the wiring, and they hope it will fix it. The new computer and junction boxes didn’t fix it. Talk to your dealers about updating the records so your customer service can actually help the customer. #wow#nice
@GMC A week without my vehicle. Your GM Tech connected to my truck through the remote GM Service Portal to help the dealer and cannot figure out what’s going on. Care you explain the situation on this new vehicle? Also, your customer care didn’t call me back as “scheduled.”
@GMC would please explain to me why my truck breaks down on the side of the road with 8773 miles on it, six months old? A GM service tech has stated the ECU is out. Are faulty ECUs common on new vehicles?
