2 sunny side up eggs. Wheat toast. With a tomato slice.

So I start my new job tomorrow. Excited as hell. My old head chef brought me over to where he ended up. Different schedule. Different atmosphere. Still getting paid well but my wage is the floor at this new place and not the ceiling. Home every night with my family. I'm blessed!

Trout I did last weekend with fresh herbs from my garden and brussel sprouts with bacon and white wine. The wife and I also baked and decorated a cake. She is teaching me the basics.
