*Appeal*
It is a humble appeal to all distributors that a one-day *Dharna demonstration* has been organized by the association on 26* *October 2026* at *CBD Ground in New Delhi* *from 12:00 noon. The government has decided to end the LPG business like kerosene business and the target is to deliver PNG pipelines to 700 district headquarters and rural areas of the country in the next 3 years, and the process of forcibly giving PNG connections to consumers is underway. If you do not come forward for your rights, your business will also end after the next 3 years like the kerosene trade. All 26000 LPG distributors in the country are kindly requested to reach New Delhi on 26* *October 2026* for their rights and if you cannot come forward to protect your rights, then you have no right to join this group, as this group has been created to make you aware of the protection of your rights. Again, all of you are requested to *Date 26 October 2026 in the afternoon* *12:00 pm all distributors* should reach the CBD Ground New Delhi with their district colleagues and try to demonstrate their strength.

This is directly affecting my export related formalities and shipments.

[Yash Goyal @Theyashgoyal1]

Update on my pending ICEGATE AD Code issue:
HDFC Bank has now responded to my complaint and confirmed that there is no issue from the bank side. The required bank confirmation and AD Code documentation have already been provided.

[Yash Goyal @Theyashgoyal1]

I have received no actual resolution from ICEGATE/CBIC, and no response from DGFT either.
Requesting @cbic_india @dgftindia to please look into this urgently and provide a proper resolution instead of another standard response.

[Yash Goyal @Theyashgoyal1]

The crisis is over, the ministry forgot to lift the refiil booking restrictions from 45 to 25 days for Gramin Distributors and to increase the Distributors Commission and implement the various Denovo Study 1&2 recommendations pending since 2019 , to implement the same WEF alongwith the difference payments of ariers to distributors since 2019.
The ministry is being misled by the incorrect data from oil companies.
Consumers are distressed by the oil companies' arbitrary actions and the policy of misleading the government.
