@SwaleHeating disgusting company! My grandfather died due to their negligence- a whole month with no heating. To then receive this through the post is just insulting!!! My grandfather may just be a statistic for you but he was our world!!!

@SwaleHeating @ClarionHousing the funniest thing I’ve ever seen!! They couldn’t even keep you warm during summer let alone the coldest months of the year. And when you need them don’t bother trying to contact them because you won’t get through to them or the management team!

A Shropshire couple, Kimberley and James, have taken their baby home after 127 days in hospital. Baby Liylah was born 16 weeks early and was the same size as her cuddly toy octopus (pictured).
