@agailpatty Something I would do as a CNA, when someone didn't want or didn't think they could do something, I would ask them to help me do it, even though it was for them. It's easier for someone to help someone else, then their own self. You might have to start really small at first

@agailpatty I am not saying you or your family deserves that, but I know a lot of mothers, they wouldn't treat there children like that if they actually could help it. What your mom must be dealing with is beyond devastating, and to her it must feel like she is lost in a cave with no way out

@pinkedcal Without the use of steroids, you will lose muscle even on a relatively low deficit. The body targets muscle before fat storage, even at a 500 daily deficit. For instance, 1000 deficit split between intake and exercise will eat muscle quicker than, 1000 from intake alone.

@willeatmyself I don't know if you have tried this but it helped me, I look in the mirror and mentally walk myself through it, I tongue scrape thoroughly watching myself first, because it desensitizes a bit, then I brush my tongue, I can't always do it, but higher success.
