The laziness of some Div. 1 football coaches is absolutely appalling to me. These coaches lack the ability to evaluate and develop talent. Many coaches are so scared to take their own chances on kids out of High School, that you would rather poach them off of other schools roster’s. Kids are getting poached that are not even in the transfer portal. What has College Coaching become? Coaches Do Better! Be Better At Your Job, Coaching, Recruiting, Evaluating. You know, the things we get paid to do! SMH!
