For the first time on national TV Harish Salve questions the motives and takes on the Yogendra Yadav ecosystem. Salve says "WHEN THE CONSTITUTION IS THE REMEDY, WHY TAKE THE DISPUTE TO THE STREETS?"

Harish Salve: The CEC must act within the bounds of law. Legal errors can be challenged and determined by courts on objective facts.

Saying the streets should decide because “the Constitution has failed us” is not constitutionalism.
