If someone said “hey I’m looking to get a piece done and my budget is X would you be able to work with that?”
I think that’s a completely valid and normal thing to request

I don’t like someone seeing my plushies and going “will you go lower on this set price I want it but I don’t wanna pay that”

custom made items is rude and disrespectful to the artist 👍

Our prices are set so we can support ourselves and we value our time and effort
If you can’t afford it that’s completely valid but haggling is just spitting in our face

Like I’ve had people be like “damn I’m only a few dollars short” at cons and then I’m typically more willing to be like yeah you can have it for what you have I’m not that much of a stickler

Or clearly a baby ( under 5 ) grabbing a 10$ plush and the parents say no but they want it I’m usually like they can have it
it’s not going to affect me that much

But when people see my SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLAR PLUSH and go “I’ll give you 50$” I’m like you cannot be fucking serious right now

@BoshidoBlasta My problem is having items clearly listed on my shop that says “this plush is X amount of money”and getting
“how low will you go for it”
It feels like I’m being spat at for wanting a reasonable price for the time and effort I put into each plush
