You don’t need a huge audience to lead. Leading for even one person can have just as much impact.
Telling people what to do means nothing if you aren’t living it yourself. Advice without embodiment doesn’t land.
We’ve all been there...watching someone we care about move toward something painful. You can see where the road leads because you have been there. It’s hard to stay quiet. But their experience isn’t yours to control.
I saw a post before where they said “How dare you take that experience from them.” which stuck with me because it made so much sense unfortunately. If I myself didn't go through my own trials and tribulations I don't even know if I would be here today writing this post on this IG page. Even when it’s hard to watch or when it hurts to hear. Sometimes those experiences are what create real change.
It’s not your job to pick up their tracks and redirect them. You can inspire...but you can’t force awareness.
If you want something to change, be the change first. Move differently. Choose differently. Show up differently.
Lead by example. You might inspire more than you ever realize. Not because you tried to, but because you became proof.
Do it for yourself. Go First.
If it resonates, let it be known.

Your self respect sets the tone. It shows in what you have planned for yourself. In the goals you commit to. In how you prioritize your well-being, your fitness, and the space you live in.
It’s in how you present yourself. Do you wear your style with intention, or do you rush out the door disconnected from yourself?
It’s in your attitude when the day starts. The energy you carry. The behaviors you tolerate.
Self respect is knowing what you accept and what you don’t. It’s not staying quiet while someone plays in your face. It’s not letting disrespect slide to keep the peace.
How you move tells the world what’s allowed.
If it resonates, let it be known.
