@CityofCT@geordinhl Day 8 without power - The electric subcontractor that did the first line response investigation (ref 1023484572) is requesting authorisation for 1023496127 so power can be restored. We cannot wait for Gugulethu depot that has and will never show up!
@geordinhl@CityofCT My mothers house has been without electricity for 6 days and have made over 40 follow up calls and no one is assisting. The house was illegally disconnected but the revenue dept says they did not give instruction as account has no arrears. Urgently need help!
@TumiTau@GaytonMcK So races must accept all entries from fit runners? The infrastructure and towns in South Africa are not designed for a mass participation race events (particularly PMB) and there is also a limit on how many participants an organisers can serve at a race
@CityofCT@geordinhl CoCT - has the wrong house address loaded on eServices
Revenue Dept - Not their instruction
First Line Response - Not allowed to remove
Depot - not their problem
City ombudsman - 30 to 120 days to attend to my complaint
**Ward councillor - I will get back to you and never does
@CityofCT@geordinhl Day 7 with no power - can we get someone to restore the electricity and then we get feedback later on who and why it was disconnected? No one is taking accountability, therefore no action is being taken
@TheTranssporter@collen_sambo2 💯My lesson was do not panic when Makhi bus passes you, nothing is over yet, just it’s time to start moving … especially when her walking more at the last part of the race, you can definitely still catch up with her
@CityofCT Almost 20 followup calls to report a electrical fault and each time I call it’s a new story from agents on what and how long it will take to get it resolved - no power since Thursday. 4 reference later, no hope in sight - 9122510157; 9122508129; 9122516912
@CityofCT So far no one between depot and contact centre can indicate where the service request has been assigned to - C3 1023484572 - “1st line response must address it first” but no one can indicate who they are for the reference number
@CityofCT The 4th reference number is 9122522276 and have been told to close it as it will be closed without the electric fault being resolved. I was further told to open 5th service request - it’s midday Monday and electricity been out since Thursday and still no end in sight
@ComradesRace Will reply formally but you cannot do a substitution only on voluntary withdrawals. There still a large number of involuntary withdrawals that will occur after 4 May deadline that will free up even more entries
@ComradesRace I’m still waiting for my CMA membership to be approved. I applied and paid last year. I followed up and feedback was that I needed to wait for the first board meeting to be held
