Odie is at the vet for his neurology consult. He’s hearing & visual impaired and has been having seizures, despite being on anti-seizure medication. He had a pretty bad seizure early this morning and seizures are so awful to witness. The plan today is to do an MRI and a spinal

better. Nelly is about 3 years old & she’s also heartworm positive. Her babies are only about 6-7 weeks old. Their dad was a Pug who was given away before we could help him. We’ve named these pups Kelly, Billy & Chilli and we can’t wait to show this entire family better lives.

In 8 short weeks, Alfredo has been through so much. His tiny body was defeated and giving up on him. Whenever we rescue a dog from the street, we never know what’s going on internally, so majority of the time, we send them straight to the ER for an assessment. That protocol has

removed. Once his skin is all healed, he may require a distal tail amputation, but we will see how he does. Alfredo is on the road to recovery but it’s just sad he got this way to begin with. The saddest fact is that there are plenty more dogs and puppies suffering on our streets
