I hate to correct you my brother because I thought by your age you know better. Let's start with Bantu education which was designed to give black indigenous people inferior education. The good thing is we did not establish Bantu education, it was established by the Dutch European Settler colonialists.

The Bantu education taught us that the so- called “Bushman, or Hottentots” which are popularly known after 1994 as “Khoisans” as both names “Bushman or Hottentots,” were classified as derogatory terms, the Bantu education taught us that they were hunter gathers and they came from Central Africa down to South Africa because they were nomadic.

When they came to South Africa they came across Xhosa people in the Cape, Xhosa people who were herdsmen. They hunted and killed Xhosa people's livestock and a fight broke out between the two groups until they stopped killing Xhosa lives which it was claimed that they mistakenly hunted the Xhosa cattle with antelope.

That's a version of Bantu education above, below is what some of us researched and discovered as students of history.

There was no nation, tribe or group of people nor a nation that was called “Bushman, Hottentots, Khoisan or Khoekhoe,” before the colonial conquest but indigenous groups like Xhosa, Xhu, Xhwe, Xhoixhoi tribes which were part of Abathwa people, OoNoqhakancu, Cirha and AmaNgqunukhwebe who are now popular known as the Griqua people.

In 1900 a German anthropologist Leonhard Schulze, because to him these people's languages had many Qs and Xs, he decided by listening to their linguistic sounds to coin the term “Khoi-Khoi” and San name which is the term “Khoisan.” These groups coexisted , intermarried one another and had used rivers and mountains as boundaries.

The Northern, Eastern and Western part of the country it's where you will mostly find these people and that was Xhosa Kingdom which was later divided into two sons of King Phalo of AmaXhosa, the Northern and Eastern part from Inciba river popular known as Kei river was administered under after King Phalo's son from iQadi (Great House) Gcaleka and the South Eastward to Western part was administered under King Phalo's iNdlu Yasekhohlo (Right-hand House) Rharhabe.

That does not mean there was no life in other parts of South Africa, for instance before the Mapungubwe Kingdom, so South Africa was under different Kingdoms and all those Kingdom coexisted with other small groups of people. That's why Xhosa is not a tribe but a nation.

This does not mean there were no movements before the colonial conquest for instance during the Mapungubwe Empire, the indigenous black people traded with Asia and Europe and therefore calling indigenous people settlers it's not only ignorance but a continuation of perpetual ethnic cleansing which was caused by the Europeans so that they can claim that during their colonial conquest there was no life in our country.

The fact that the Zulu Kingdom was established during the colonial conquest, does not mean Zulu people did not exist. For instance some of the people who established the Zulu Kingdom were Xhosa people, Amahlubi, Amabhaca, AmaMpondo, Oo Mthethwa and many other indigenous groups. Your post it's an insult to black indigenous people as it undermines their legitimacy and their existence in their ancestral land.
