As an elder, I humbly request we stop using "larper" and instead use the correct term "Poser".

PSA FOR STREAMERS
If you are using StreamElements, StreamLabs, or any other donation service that uses your PayPal, there is a pretty good chance you will get hit with this.
This is because these services send the money to your PayPal as Goods & Services!!
If you do not want to wait the 21 days, you can click on the transaction, click add tracking information, and then check off that it was shipped and that it requires no tracking information. This will release the money to you within 7 days.
If you have contact with the viewer who donated, after 48 hours of you doing this they can mark the item as "received" and the funds will be instantly released into your PayPal balance.
Also please if you contact PayPal and the customer service agent tells you to set up a "donation button" and tries to tell you that you don't have to pay taxes on that money IGNORE THEM.
The PayPal employee I spoke to basically told me to commit tax evasion... Dude is gonna get someone audited someday...
YOUTUBE LIFE HACK
youtube search is terrible, showing unrelated results and random bullshit that ISN'T what you're looking for 8/10 of the time
add before:2025 (or any year) and the search instantly fixes itself and shows results you're actually looking for :)
Kurt Vonnegut's 8 rules for writing:
1. Use the time of a total stranger in such a way that he or she will not feel the time was wasted.
2. Give the reader at least one character he or she can root for.
3. Every character should want something, even if it is only a glass of water.
4. Every sentence must do one of two things—reveal character or advance the action.
5. Start as close to the end as possible.
6. Be a sadist. No matter how sweet and innocent your leading characters, make awful things happen to them-in order that the reader may see what they are made of.
7. Write to please just one person. If you open a window and make love to the world, so to speak, your story will get pneumonia.
8. Give your readers as much information as possible as soon as possible. To hell with suspense. Readers should have such complete understanding of what is going on, where and why, that they could finish the story themselves, should cockroaches eat the last few pages.
I wanna discuss this:
As someone who hates small talk and also fears rejection, I don't approach people to converse unless there's something/ a topic I know we'd both provide mutual exchange in
It's not intentional but-

IDK who needs to hear this, but if you're gaming on a PC please go into your bios and make sure that XMP is enabled for your memory. You're giving up a metric shit ton of performance and nobody tells you. It's very easy to do. Just recently learned how few people know this. T_T
For 12 years on this YouTube video, there was a communal unspoken goal to keep the likes and dislikes completely balanced, which was always shockingly followed. In 2021, YouTube removed the ability to see dislikes publicly, which makes this tradition impossible to keep.
