تجسيدًا لعلاقات التعاون القائمة بين سلطنة عُمان ودولة ليبيا الشقيقتين؛ وقّعت شركة #أوكيو_للاستكشاف_والإنتاج - المشاريع الجديدة ش.م.م. (أوكيو للاستكشاف والإنتاج) مذكرة تفاهم مع المؤسسة الليبية للاستثمار.
وتهدف مذكرة التفاهم إلى وضع إطار للتعاون لاستكشاف فرص الاستثمار في مجال الاستكشاف والإنتاج بقطاع النفط والغاز في كلٍ من ليبيا وسلطنة عُمان وعلى المستوى الدولي.
وتدعم المذكرة توجهات الشركة نحو التوسع الدولي، بما في ذلك تعزيز مستويات الإنتاج والاحتياطيات بما يتماشى مع استراتيجيتها طويلة الأمد.

Building on the established cooperation between the Sultanate of Oman and the State of Libya, OQ Exploration and Production New Ventures LLC (“OQEP”) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Libyan Investment Authority (LIA).
The MoU establishes a framework for cooperation to explore upstream oil and gas investment opportunities in Libya, the Sultanate of Oman, and internationally.
The MoU supports #OQEP’s international expansion objectives, including the potential enhancement of production and reserves in line with its long‑term strategy.

We were pleased to welcome a senior delegation from Sonatrach and the National Agency for the Valorization of Hydrocarbon Resources (ALNAFT) on the sidelines of the Oman Petroleum & Energy Show (OPES). This visit reflects our continued commitment to strengthening bilateral relations and expanding collaboration across the energy sector.
The discussions focused on exploring investment opportunities, exchanging expertise and knowledge, and identifying potential areas of cooperation in exploration, production, and development. These engagements support sustainable growth and reinforce strategic partnerships between both sides.

#OQEP signed a number of strategic agreements with SMEs to support key operational and drilling activities across Blocks 60 and 48.

These agreements reflect our continued commitment to enabling local enterprise growth, strengthening In-Country Value, and creating opportunities for Omani companies to expand their capabilities within specialized areas of the energy sector.

عقد خدمات تدعيم إسمنتي لمدة خمس سنوات مع #أبراج_لخدمات_الطاقة لدعم العمليات في منطقتيالامتياز 60 و48.
وتجسد هذه الشراكة الثقة المتبادلة والتزام المستمر بتقديم خدماتمتكاملة وموثوقة بكفاءة عالية تدعم استمرارية العمليات وقطاعالطاقة في سلطنة عُمان.

As part of the participation in Oman Petroleum & Energy Show 2026 (OPES 2026), #OQ_Exploration_Production (#OQEP)
signed a five-year cementing contract with #Abraj_Energy_Services to support operations in Blocks 60 and 48.

The agreement reflects the mutual trust and reinforces commitment to delivering reliable, integrated well services that support operational continuity and Oman’s energy sector.
