Define Index Fund Rules: Establish sector allocations (Blue Chip, AI/Utility, Gaming, Memecoins - top 25 each, totalling 100 assets), transaction fee structure, marketing/development allocations, buy-back/burn, token acquisition, smart contract logic, AI Oracle development and robust security protocols. Focused emphasis on security.

Identify NEAR Interoperability: Implement NEAR's native and third-party bridging solutions with blockchains hosting target assets, focusing on coding ease and security.

Development Team Meeting: Finalize fund rules, choose interoperability methods, assign tasks, confirm timelines, and discuss legal aspects.

Select Top 100 Coins: Gather data, apply selection criteria to rank and identify the top 25 coins in each sector, and perform in-depth due diligence.
