BARRHEAD ⛔️⛔️⛔️
A MAN has admitted sexually assaulting a teenager as she slept.
William Mathie sexually assaulted a 15 year- old girl on March 6 last year at an address in Barrhead.
The 44 year- old placed his hands inside her clothing and assaulted her.
The horrific attack caused the girl to
“freeze”, not knowing what to do.
The young girl had to wait until the terrifying ordeal was over before seeking help.
When Mathie, of Prospecthill Crescent in Glasgow, was confronted and questioned about the assault, he claimed he thought it was an older woman.
Placed on sex offenders register.
That's a massive red flag when housing associations won't engage with their own residents. @JohnSwinney Do you think this is acceptable behaviour from a housing association?
Gorbals residents speak up on housing crisis and community issues. The housing association have locked their doors and refused to angle with them. Utterly shameful behaviour. Yu https://t.co/8SUDamTMRF
The battle for Britain's future is at the ballot box. If we don't register and vote, we risk losing our country forever. Your voice matters. Get registered, get political, get voting. Apathy costs us everything.
This needs to be stopped! I can't stand him either,we know he covered up the grooming gangs ! He belongs in a prison cell. Have we learned nothing from America?
CONVICTED SEX OFFENDER CHARGED WITH FURTHER OFFENCES
A convicted sex offender, jailed last year for a number of "flagrant breaches" of his Sexual Offences Prevention Order, has appeared in court charged with further offences.
Appearing at Newtownards Magistrates Court by video link from prison, 36-year-old James Andrew Gillison confirmed he understood the eight charges against him, alleged to have been committed on specific dates between 17 July 2023 and 3 July this year.
Gillison, with an address at Malvern Heights in Bangor, faces four charges of breaching his SOPO and four charges of making or possessing indecent images of children.
None of the background was opened in court, but the particulars of the charges allege that Gillison:
* Had an unapproved internet device;
* Failed to disclose employment which afforded
access to vulnerable adults;
* Failed to disclose a sexual relationship;
* Had contact with a child without approval.
As there was no application for bail, District Judge Amanda Brady remanded Gillison in custody and adjourned the case to 5 August.
In August last year, Gillison was handed a four month prison sentence after he entered guilty pleas to three charges of breaching his Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO), described by the sentencing judge as "flagrant breaches."
The order was put in place in 2019 after Gillison admitted engaing in sexualised messages with what he thought was an underage girl, but was in fact an undercover police officer.
Further to that offending, he was handed a suspended prison sentence in April 2022 for having and distributing indecent images of children.
His first SOPO breach came in July 2023 when, having been arrested on an unrelated matter, officers found a mobile phone and two, xbox gaming consoles at his home.
Gillison was handed a two-year conditional discharge after he admitted failing to "register devices you had access to or possession of with Police to include serial and IMEI numbers and relevant passwords for the devices."
Apparently, Burnham cannot legally hold the position as UK Prime Minister. And if the king allows him to take this role, the king of England himself should abdicate.
I found this response on fb on a question asked about the legality of his new position of PM.
“The rules are clear in 17 0 5. You have to have been a member of The House of Lords or an elected member in a general Election to become a UK Prime Minister, Andy Burnham was neither of these and has no legal right to be Prime Minister. He can however, be the leader of The Labour Party, but he cannot be lawfully. UK Prime Minister.
Apparently, therefore, Burnham cannot legally hold the position as UK Prime Minister.”
What do you think?!
NOT MY PRIME MINISTER 😁
It’s hard to overlook the connection between Dan Hodges’ paid PR work for Hope Not Hate and his subsequent coverage of Reform. It really makes you question whether his commentary is as unbiased and independent as it’s presented.
A 25 year-old man from Lymington has been jailed for 24 years for child sex offences against two children, including the rape of a girl aged under 13.
Jimmy Fisher, of Efford way, Lymington, who pleaded guilty to the charges against him at Southampton Crown Court on Friday 15 May, was sentenced at the same court on Monday (6 July).
The offences took place between 2020 and 2025. As well as the time Fisher will now serve in prison, Fisher also been given an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order and ordered to sign the Sex Offenders Register for life.
Additionally, he was handed a deprivation order for the devices seized from him and has been barred from ever working with children and vulnerable adults.
Fisher will only become eligible for a release on a six-year licence after serving 18 years in prison.
In addition to the above offence, Fisher was also sentenced for rape, attempted rape, sexual activity with a child and taking, making and possessing indecent photographs of a child.
I have to correct the record here.
In this instance I got it wrong, as did many others, so for that I apologise and I have deleted that post.
HOWEVER....
That does not negate all the other many instances of freshie migrants taking over parks and filming children.
It happens, It happens a lot.
One incorrect example does not mean this issue should be ignored, in fact it should chased down relentlessly.
People may need to be a little more careful about how they approach these situations from a factual point of view but we should never apologise for protecting children.
