Clubs worldwide have not looked at Coach Fatigue esp in african clubs in CL. Just like players, coach fatigue can be prevented or delayed by way of Coach Rotation, Fitness Training and Delegation. Delegating can help reduce workload bcos coaches r hands-on with everything
A masterclass in midfield! Teboho Mokoena has been voted as our May Player of the Month! ๐

BucsCamp, Episode 1 revealed a massive half-time clash between head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou and Patrick Maswanganyi during half-time of their game against Marumo Gallants.
โGuys, we have to be serious for two minutes, please,โ Ouaddou said as he entered the change room. I think we are for the same purpose. You, me, the stand, we are in the same shape. We want to win. And I donโt think some players here inside, I donโt think they are aware of what we want to achieve.
โIf you are here to joke, Iโm not here to joke! (shouts). Hey, 2-0, 2-0 โ sorry you can watch me. 2-0, we donโt deserveโฆ We donโt deserve to take this 2-0. We are playing sh*t!
โAnd if we continue like thatโฆ What happened Tito? You have a problem? You have a problem? Come here, speak. Donโt speak there [your spot], speak here [in the middle]. Come in front of everybody else, speak. Donโt speak in this, please I donโt like this. Be honest. Me I tell you frontโฆ Come here to speak.โ
A confused Maswanganyi is seen saying: โI donโt know,โ to which Ouaddou replied while getting really upset: โYou donโt know? You are speaking. So if you have something, come here.โ
Now players such as Deon Hotto started to intervene, with Ouaddou continuing to shout: โCome here. You have something to speak, speak. I donโt like when you sit like this.โ
Tito replied: โWhen I speak, I speak to you.โ
After which something inaudible followed, with Ouaddou again urging Tito to come into the middle of the change room: โCome speak, we are here for the same purpose!โ
At this point, Mandla Ncikazi and goalkeeper Sipho Chaine visibly had to held Ouaddou back as he moved towards Maswanganyi, with the whole mood in the dressing room very tense...
U r doing the exact same thing fake supporters do in our club. Our supporters know times for everything: time to celebrate, encourage, address poor performance etc. Only fans with middle-child syndrome act like this n we cant make up for holes left by their upbringing
Attention all real Sundowns fans!
Never forget fake โsupportersโ who used to insulting Chairman Thlopie Motsepe & calling him names for keeping Cardoso.๐ก
After Cardoso won CAFCL, they are silent.
Donโt let their noise fool you. Stand with the chairman & the coach. #Sundowns
@archangelshad_m Players with their own performance standard r able to make it in football, such hire personal trainers who help them fine tune their skills in attacking and defending
@Nkamo_geleng Yep, all Im saying is he is a starter not Cupido. In The Intercontinental Cup we ll meet International Level Fitness not PSL Fitness Level, all our players must be mindful of this and prepare themselves accordingly bcos we r there to win.
โPlayers that scored those two goals, they were laughing inside the field as if they have done something good, killing their stay in the elite league."
Orlando Pirates legend Jerry Sikhosana has opened up about why he is โnot okayโ with his former clubโs league success, despite them breaking a 14-year title drought. https://t.co/TlhWBZii5Q
@mevikd@SundownsOGs Its not a matter of controlling the boys but that of players understnding the level of competitions they be participating in and resolving to prepare themselves accordingly so that they cope well. Overseas players boost better fitness than our own thats y we cant defeat them.
@Nkamo_geleng Nah !!!! A huge difference between Kekana and Cupido, Kekana is a starter in the season 2024/2025 while Cupido only have less than 10 games under his belt, its the clowning of Kekana that opened the door for Cupido not rotation.
We appreciate Patrick Maswanganyi more than people realize.
Defending a coachโs approach doesnโt mean we hate the player. Tito has given us plenty of reasons to be proud, & weโll continue supporting him. Holding players to high standards & appreciating their quality can coexist.
Football dressing rooms arenโt always soft environments. Players get challenged, corrected, & pushed every day. That doesnโt mean supporters suddenly turn against a player they admire
Weh Tito! Weh Tito! Weh Tito! ๐๐๐

@mevikd@SundownsOGs U see, its all about performance level, MSFC will be competing with clubs at international level like PSG, if players party instead of preparing their bodies to that level then we ll fail not bcos we dont have the talent to compete but bcos we dont have the seriousness needed
@Nkamo_geleng@fandoingthings_@SundownsOGs Yep, he played 27 games of 46 matched MSFC played, if he isnt preparing himself for next season the right way, he ll struggle.
@mevikd@SundownsOGs I know Grant, he has been drinking b4, during and after our CL victory. He likes partying alot, we r now defending CL club now, our players must carry themselves differently otherwise we ll fail. Player discipline reflect in their lifestyles, finances, marriages, etc e.g Zwane
@mevikd@SundownsOGs Nah, its not me, its the schedule that demand the level of fitness we will need next season n also the rotation model. I see last season Cardoso pushed n dealt with the mentality of our players but they have to look after themselves very well, they r not at Arrows.
@mevikd@SundownsOGs By the time we reached CL semis, many starters were running on fumes hence the mistakes of Mvala, Grant, Ronwen, etc costing us games n finals. Look at what point of the season we were making mistakes- right there at the end, be it Nedbank, PSL games, CWC etc
@mevikd@SundownsOGs Eish, u cant play for MSFC n still be living like ur playing for a township club, MSFC is a multi-tournament participant and all their players must ve resolved to do anything in their power to outwit the best opposition. Numerous times we failed in CL bcos of unfit players.
