Do we need PAs? I work where they are not recognised as HCPs. Doctors are appropriately rewarded for their skillset. Working conditions are good. There is no need for PAs. The only possible reason can be that the govt wants cheaper labour rather than to pay doctors their worth 🤷🏼‍♀️
