Do I have this right? Mamadani’s rent freeze means landlords can’t increase rent in the next lease. It doesn’t mean people suddenly don’t have to pay rent.

To show you how bad the @NJTRANSIT new app is, look at this video I took. All I did was change the time from 4:30 to 5:00.

The 5:01 train completely disappears. Then the 5:15 train goes from 3 hours 22 minutes to 2 hours 32 minutes.

How this app got published is beyond me.
