To all those graduating from drama school... be grateful for your training. Now the hard work starts. It's an up-hill battle. You'll never stop learning and you'll learn most of what you need to know whilst out there.

Honesty time;

Please remember; Agents work for free till a job is landed.

We put our belief, strength and passion into you and work DAYS on things before an audition or a tape can come through.

So.. please be kind and don't speak to us nastily...

We're people.

Kthnksbye x

Agents and Casting Directors are ALWAYS busy 😅

But the best times to email by FAR are Tuesday to Wednesday 📅

. After 10am (self-tape sending craziness) 🤣

. Mid afternoon, 2 - 3 ish, after the post lunch rush 👍🏻

[Thomas @ThomasAndrew93]

Much love to fellow agents! ❤️

[@bartlettwalford @BartlettWalford]

Agents go through a LOT in this industry.

Incredible highs and gutting lows.

Check in on yours.

They may need it more than you know.

Shout out to all our Agent pals today. Its been a HARD YEAR.
