@eurowings Hi Lea, the length of time is bad however the real problem is they only respond to email but seem incapable of reading either the customer services booking notes or my email to them. Any chance you could give them a nudge to at least read the notes on the booking?
@eurowings Wondering if you can help me get back the >£500 I'm owed by Eurowings for >2 months? The compensation dept have now copy pasted wrong booking details from somewhere so can't process the claim. They only do email but seems without much care. A phone for them would help.
.@eurowings CEO @tdirks was at telefonica. Will he be using telecoms experience to get a phone in every office so that customers can be paid what @eurowings owe? Customer services say compensation department has no phone but they don't reply to their emails. They need a phone!
@eurowings Just spoke to your customer service agents again. They tell me there is no way to call the department that can reimburse me the >£500 Eurowings told me to spend after Eurowings cancelled my flight last minute. Apparently only email will do but I've *never* had a reply
