@dklaston @AdrianOluoch Stop misguiding the guy into apologies. Remember that costs follow events. Apologizing is admission and accepting liability. There are several alternatives and apology is not top of the list. I'm NOT an Advocate but it seems I can provide better legal advice than yours.
