Our family paid for window seat row and across aisle on Flight AF96, but the system involuntarily moved us to the middle aisle. They'd not have the same seat setup we selected and paid for, I asked for a discount on the business or premium seats to get a seat configuration that would be acceptable to us and they declined. If I can't get a deal on a seat selection that is acceptable to what I want I need a full refund of our seat selection fees under Air France policy.
