@virginmedia my phone is saying that there is no internet connection yet my box is all lit up saying there is a connection...nor can I check the service status as I am using a student bills company for the WiFi so I can't enter an account holder's name.

@virginmedia Takes me to the help page - I click on fix broadband and it is asking me the same question...as I said previously I don't know the account number last name as it's with a student billing company...I am a student and I need the WiFi so I can actually do my university work

@virginmedia It didn't pass me to an agent it passed me to an automated message who then sent me a text with a link to the same page... asking for my postcode and account number - as I said I don't have the account number name.
