Your post really resonates with me because I've recently started mentoring my first student.

Rather than teaching him my exact strategy, I'm focusing on sharing my process. I truly believe that while a solid process is transferable, a trading strategy should ultimately be personal and tailored to the individual trader.

My goal is to help him develop the right habits, discipline, and framework for decision-making, rather than simply copying what I do. In the end, I think every trader needs to build a strategy that fits their own personality and strengths.
