Top 5 Coen Bros:
1. No Country
2. Fargo
3. Inside Llewyn Davis
4. A Serious Man
5. Hail, Caesar!
(And before anyone asks, there's a further 9 I haven't listed that I see as really good to brilliant).
@MusicBrownlow The voting the Hottest 100 is always skewed as they aren't ranked. Most people feel the need to submit 10 songs and as a result the songs most played by Triple J always rank higher because of familiarity. How else does Flume's Say Nothing and The Rubens' Hoops win?
@ScottMendelson@SJTimes13 Surely the target audience though is drastically reducing? It's not exactly a property that has been constantly in the public's eye and is very much a Gen X/older millennial audience. (Im almost 40 and was too young when it was originally big and I've never understood the appeal)
@Oliver_W8@JoyceCarolOates She won an Oscar FFS...which is better than the entire male cast of the film (Damon's doesnt count as it wasn't for acting).
@SeanMBurns Who would have thought putting three episodes of an average TV show together and calling it a movie, and then releasing it the one time of year a Star Wars film has failed (Solo) would be a disaster?
