4 agents drag and violently pull man out of truck head-first.

Kneel on his back after pinned down to pavement.

"I can't breathe! I can't breathe!"
he cries out.

Agents drove unmarked cars—with no IDs or badges according to the homeowner.

They also wore masks over their faces in violation of Washington state law.

Jennifer Gordon said that ICE attempted to detain 2 men she’d hired for landscaping outside her home.
