Our gardening season is just about over. I have four rows of sugar peas still growing (two are keep under cover) in our back garden plots, but with us looking to be in the low 20's by this weekend, that may be the end for them. For the year, we got 6-quart size bags of 1/3

sugar peas (Debbie uses them in our stir-fry). In our front garden plots, we still have four rows of red beets growing. At night they are covered, then the cover is pulled back during the day. As long as the temperature doesn't drop into the teens, we won't need to pull 2/3
