Plumbing issues. Havana/VIP package and Internet misrepresented and I had to pay daily when needed. Cell phone jammers on the cruise ship even though I paid for Int Trvl and can connect even at Sea. Carnival missed on all fronts. Do better. @CarnivalCruise
This might be my first and last cruise ever, thanks to @CarnivalCruise. Not the best impression or experience, especially with our big group on the Vista. It seems like everyone in our party had issues, including us.
Someone in our group had their sealed envelope already opened with Havanna Bracelets stolen. Reported it immediately, no real investigation, no urgency, just dismissive handling and drink/food passes offered as a “solution.” Not a great look when it comes to guest safety.
